Highlights from this past weekend’s Deadly Dozen 🔥

Our members took on the Deadly Dozen race. Everyone stepping up for their second event. All the hard work and hours spent training truly paid off. It was an incredible display of fitness, discipline, grit, and most importantly, having fun along the way.

And that’s a wrap.

Fast. Brutal. Unforgiving. High heart rates. No breaks. No backing off.

This one pushed everyone into the red… and that’s exactly where the magic happened.
Grit. Heart. Effort. Rep after rep, everyone stepped up and left it all on the floor.
Three weeks. Three tests. Countless moments of pushing past limits.
What a way to close out the 2026 CrossFit Open.

And that’s a wrap!

Fast paces, high heart rates, and no real chance to slow down.
This one forced everyone into that uncomfortable place… and that’s exactly where the work got done.

Huge heart and grit on display as everyone pushed through the discomfort and made every rep count.
The tests were set, and we stepped up ready to take them on with everything we had.
Over these three weeks we’ve seen incredible effort, progress, and community support every step of the way.
What a way to close out an incredible three weeks of the CrossFit Open.
Proud of every single person who showed up and gave it their all. 💪

The first Open workout of 2026 tested more than just legs, it tested heart!! How hard can you push when it really starts to hurt?
This weekend, our community showed up in a big way.
The energy in the room was unreal. Teammates cheering, pushing, and refusing to let each other quit when the burn set in. That’s what makes this season special.
