A contemporary pilates instructor experienced in all major pilates equipment and basic to advanced mat work.

8 years experience in rehabilitation ranging from lumbar and postural related injuries, to basic alignment and predisposed diseases and disorders. Industry specific qualifications in sports massage therapy attained in 2009 with the aim to further anatomical understanding and the effect of sports on both the muscular skeletal and skeletal system.

The love I have for these awesome Chiquitas is hard to convey. They have been in studio with me when times were tough and I didn't know how I was going to get through with 3 kids and all the regulations that were thrown at us but regardless they were online ignoring my leaky b***s or screaming baby and have helped me tremendously.
