The yoga studio has been built facing the kraal, with a beautiful vista of the Swartberg mountains in the background.The Kraal is a beautiful and tranquil sanctuary for people to explore the practice of yoga in the Karoo. Derryn teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga and meditation, offering local classes and yoga retreats.
