Our Swim Safe Survival Course teaches:
• Independent swimming with control
• Rolling to the back for air
• Maintaining a stable float
• Returning to swimming
• Safe pool exits
• Introduction to stroke foundations

Our Swim•Float•Swim™ programme teaches children aged 1–3 to:
• Swim short distances with face submerged
• Roll onto their back to breathe
• Float independently
• Return to swimming and reach safety

This sequence is practised repeatedly and progressively, including fully clothed scenarios, so skills transfer to real-life situations.

Before strokes, before distance, before confidence, children must learn how to breathe, float, and respond if they unexpectedly fall into water.

That’s why we teach the globally recognised Infant Aquatics® survival methodology, focusing on:

• Independent floating
• Returning to swimming and reaching safety

These are not recreational lessons.
