El'Shebang - Dance.Body.Soul The classes have all recently moved to the brand new, very accessible venue in Erasmusrand, not even 1km from the Rigel off-ramp off the N1.

El'Shebang offers Modern, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Ballet, Zumba, Yoga & Pilates
We have classes for age 3 - 73, beginners to advanced, male & female, for those with a fitness goal, a movement need, or a creative view, there is a place for YOU El'Shebang - Dance.Body.Soul was created by Lizelle van Tonder, now Lizelle Claassen, in order to live out her passion for dance, movement, crea

tivity, uplifting, restoration and building relationships on a day-to-day basis through the means of Contemporary, Modern, Tap Dancing and Pilates. Private Pilates classes at the homes of client are also available. In addition to weekly classes, El'Shebang also presents shows and productions, organises flash-mobs, offer wedding dance lessons, and participate in competitions and arts festivals, so keep an eye out for these special events!

Sophia’s Favourite Dance Move is a Paradiddle. A Paradiddle is a foundational tap step consisting of a four-sound rhythmic pattern demonstrated on a single foot. As a dancer progresses, this step can be advanced by increasing speed, adding syncopation and travel smoothly across the floor.
