Rhino Powerlifting Club Rhino Powerlifting Club (RPC). Revolutionizing the sport of Powerlifting in South Africa! RPC is affiliated to the international body, GPC.

Many of the legends of Powerlifting in South Africa felt like its time to revolutionize powerlifting in the country. Rhino Powerlifting Club (RPC) was established on the 9 February 2013 in Pretoria. RPC is affiliated with the Global Powerlifting Committee (GPC). We aim to take Powerlifting to the next level and restore some pride back in the sport. RPC is does not form part of SASCOC, SAIDS or any other government organisation.

With Season Of Strength approaching, RPC hosted a referee workshop this weekend to ensure quality at our National event. Our refs are amazing, but we always take the time to refresh, and provide guidance to those who want to get involved.

A huge thank you to everyone that joined us, online and in person, for our referee seminar.

People who show up and help our community and sport grow mean the world to us.

New referee tests will be marked in the week and communicated (for the Gauteng team who wrote)
