Wasnt expecting this blast from the past, I guess we have some training to do to get back into that shape! I think I was a while two loafs lighter and obv's a little younger!

But as the motivations younglings say! Challenge accepted old me!

Just a little time to do some more bulking now, and then just after December the cycling and missioning and loads and loads of cardio should kick back into action!'

I'm even a little amazed at how far out of shape I've gotten, I still train a lot but obviously have to go back to the training manual when I was doing these!

What’s your go to “insurance” to make sure that after a couple of set backs and a super rough day, that you stay the course? I admittedly sometimes treat myself to a well deserved pre workout mix just to make sure I don’t flake out of what has to happen!

Last week I did some blood work after falling a little ill again, nothing too serious at all so worries! Just the generic “your cholesterol is too high” with that said I’ve always been worried about that in the back of my head. But the last few years living superseded health a lot. But as it is the medication makes me feel so crappy that I’d rather do long bouts of cardio to cleanse the system for the remainder of my life than staying on the meds. So net week, I’ll be losing myself in the push towards low cholesterol, by kicking it on the road or treadmill, either cycling, running or whatever moves load! The plan is to get up to an hour in the morning before the world turns and just the normal weights in the evening! Let’s see what happens!
