When it comes to hunting, same same... but different.
Hunting with Peregrine's specialised Sub Sonic bullets is an experience unlike conventional supersonic hunting, yet just as effective.
Rudi Barnard from Brothers Arms recently harvested this impala ewe at 60 - 70m using a 308 Wi******er loaded with our 155gr Peregrine Sub Sonic. The shot was presented at a quartering-away angle and was executed perfectly. The ewe covered approximately 30 - 40 metres before expiring.
The recovered carcass tells the story:
โ
Minimal damage to usable meat.
โ
Devastating internal organ damage.
โ
Fast, ethical harvest.
Unlike traditional expanding hunting bullets, the Peregrine Sub Sonic is designed to create a unique crunch-and-cut wound channel. Rather than relying on high-velocity hydraulic shock, it delivers exceptional terminal performance through mechanical tissue destruction. The result is lethal performance that is remarkably similar in effectiveness to supersonic hunting, just achieved in a different way.
A good comparison is hunting with a broadhead and bow - clean, efficient, and highly effective.
Have you hunted with Peregrine Sub Sonics? We'd love to hear about your experience.
