🌕 Women's Full Moon Circle in the heart of Pretoria 🌕

A theme of sisterhood, release, and reflection unfolds during an intentional women’s evening under the full moon. This special once-off Women’s Circle with facilitator & wellness practitioner, Deborah Adamopoulos, will be an invitation to a softened and warm space for sharing, moving, breathing, reflecting, arriving... and more. 🌿

What does the Evening Include for You?
We’ll journey through Pranayama (mindful breathing) to ground and connect, followed by ceremonial cacao to create a heart-centered space for connection and reflection. A guided meditation with intention setting and a space to consciously let go and welcome in what you wish to cultivate 🌱. We’ll explore chants and movement as a way of expression and embodiment, before coming together in a closing circle to share, reflect and integrate the evening.

In the midst of busyness, we often forget that growth also happens through stillness.

Join us at our serene studio in Brooklyn, Pretoria, for two deeply nourishing Yin Yoga events. You'll be guided through long-held postures and gentle practices carefully curated to invite stillness and create space for renewal. These sessions provide an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and grow from within, like the lotus that blooms from still waters. Yin Yoga offers a space to restore balance in both body and mind. These sessions are suitable for beginners and practitioners of all levels.
