The Macnab challenge, an annual Scottish tradition, has always been the ultimate test of a sportsman’s abilities.

This year’s 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿® 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗻𝗮𝗯 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 took place in the breathtaking mountains of Rhodes, in the Eastern Cape.

Participants had 12 hours to acquire a Mountain Reedbuck and Greywing Partridge, as well as catch a Trout on fly.

Safari Outdoor® recently hosted an 𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮, at our Lynnwood store.

The goal of this event was to create awareness of fi****ms in a safe environment where the women in attendance could ask questions and get guidance from women and featured 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝗼-𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗴𝗼𝘄, one of the top ranking IPSC Sportswomen of South Africa.

Attendees also had the opportunity to put their new skills to the test, with demos from 𝗦𝗶𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, among others.

Throwback Thursday to our first Safari Outdoor® All American Gong shoot took place in the heart of Verkykerskop, Harrismith, earlier this year.
