Well done to Francois who had a good McCarthy 21 this weekend, after a slightly slow start to his Comrades trianing this year he finished in 2:11. Keep it up!!

Ilse and Tarrin recently finished the Ottosdal Marathon and both qualified for 2 Oceans. Well done to Ilse who ran a PB of 4:09. Bad luck for Cornelius who fell ill during the race and had to forefit with only 9km to go.....So close...... Better luck next time Cornelius!!
