Terrouges Equestre Equestrian Centre | Stabling and riding lessons offered to all levels of experien

Terrouges Equestre was founded in 1988 when Maureen Beyers started a humble equestrian centre on the outskirts of Pretoria in order to fulfill her passion for horses which now boasts one of the best Equestrian facilities around. All buildings and arenas are according to FEI (Federation Equestre Internationale) standards and we pride ourselves in “doing it correctly, from the very beginning”. Terro

uges Equestre offers horse riding lessons in a number of disciplines, including dressage, show jumping and carriage driving. We occasionally invite outside instructors, be it from overseas to across provincial borders and present training and Graded shows, as well as seminars and clinics. Competitive as well as non-competitive riders and carriage-drivers welcome!

Daliah Thill and Huck Finn DB have achieved something truly extraordinary, becoming the FEI Dressage World Challenge Youth Champions 2025 and finishing the season as the No. 1 Youth combination in the world with an incredible 76.975% final score.

For South Africa, this achievement is particularly significant.

For the first time since the FEI Dressage World Challenge Youth global rankings were introduced in 2011, a rider representing South Africa has finished the season ranked No. 1 in the world. 🇿🇦

And what makes this achievement even more special is the horse beside her.

Huck Finn DB was born, bred and trained in South Africa by De Bruyn Stud. 🇿🇦🐴

A South African rider and a South African-bred, home-trained horse have risen to the very top of an international competition — making this a truly special moment for South African dressage and equestrian sport.

This achievement is the result of years of dedication, hard work and countless hours in the saddle, supported by an incredible team, coaches, family and supporters.

Daliah and Huck Finn DB have made history, and we could not be prouder to see them representing South Africa on the world stage.
