Dear members, we are excited to announce that INTERFIT GYM will be open from 12 July 2021 under the new level 4 lockdown plan. Our trading hours will be from 5:45am - 8:00pm Mondays to Thursdays and 5:45am - 7:30pm on Fridays. Saturdays from 8:00am - 11:00am. Closed on Sundays.

We look forward to seeing you all! Please remember to wear your face masks and sanitize regularly.

Dear members, due to the national lock down proceeding to level 4 as of 28 June 2021 we have been instructed by the government to close our business for this time being due to the safety regulations issued for level 4 lock down. We must remember that this is purely for the safety of our staff and our members. We will update as soon as we have new information regarding the re-opening of our gym. Be safe, stay healthy, stay positive and see you all soon!
