CrossFit Lite is an exciting new fitness experience that does away with intimidating weightlifting and gymnastic movements, but still has CrossFit principles at heart. CrossFit Lite focuses more on stamina, endurance and flexibility VS strength and power, offering the individual a fitness program more set on body awareness. The program is tailor made for the individual who likes the idea and inten

sity of CrossFit, but finds the heavy weightlifting and technical gymnastic movements too intimidating. It's also perfect for recovering injured athletes and those looking to boost their cardiovascular fitness. WORKOUTS
Workouts mostly make use of bodyweight movements, running, boxes and lighter weight instruments like medicine balls, kettlebells and empty weightlifting bars. Lite workouts can in no way be seen as easier than your standard CrossFit workouts, as hard work and dedication will still be needed to complete these workouts. TRAINING DURATION
