We focus on performance training and injury rehabilitation of various level athletes competing in a variety of sports. esearch related to sports performance as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation, thereby striving to ensure success and longevity in the athlete’s chosen sport. Our training system focusses on all aspects of athleticism which involves proper techniques for agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, reaction time, speed, strength and endurance. While conventional systems often address some of these aspects separately, our system integrate them thereby complementing each other and develop the athlete holistically. The programme includes the Footwork, Poolwork, Ballwork, Strengthwork and Plyometric training programs as well as biomechanical analysis of athletic movements. Specific rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols programmes have also been developed for a range of injuries thereby attempting to not only promote injury recovery but also prepare athletes for optimal performance and avoid recurrence of injury.
