This is Alice 😎 - She has been a member with us for many many years - today we can finally celebrate her facing her fears and doing box jumps.
Alice you are a champ 🫶 we are super proud.
Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movement (like squats and push-ups) at a high intensity.
