Thank you to everyone who added to the fun of this week’s ‘the valley of the waves’ theme class! Our imagination took us on an adventure of running to the station, taking the train (squats), pitching a tent (core strength movements), spotting a snake (cobra stretch) and swimming in the valley of waves (Pilates swimming)- to name just a few… :-) Looking forward to seeing you all next week!
