Omaatla Dikao closed off her Cross Country season with an incredible performance as she qualified this morning at the ASA Cross Country Trials hosted in Potchefstroom for the 2024 World Athletics Cross Country Championships to be held in Belgrade, Serbia on the 30th of March 2024.

Phenyo Miyen etches his name at the top of the Athletics Record Books as he broke his own record in the 100mH clocking in at an astonishing 12.60s while setting a new record in the 300mH with a time of 36.53s.
