If you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active, Silver Swans ballet classes will put a spring in your step!

From experienced dancers to those who don’t know their plié from their pointe, older learners (age 50 yrs plus) of any ability, will benefit by joining our Silver Swans classes.
Benefits include improved mobility, posture, coordination, and energy levels, as well as mental well-being, balance, and strength,

These fun, low-impact, ballet classes, set to beautiful music, are presented by Lizette Nel, a Silver Swans Licensee. Silver Swans Licensees are trained specifically to teach ballet to adults over-50.

Experience the excitement of hiphop at Menlo Dance Academy this year!
Hiphop is a diverse dance genre that holds many benefits for its students, such as coordination and fitness. Hiphop also improves musicality and develop creativity. By performing on stage, hiphop can also improve confidence and helps students develop into excellent performers.

Dylan, our hiphop teacher, focuses on teaching a strong foundation in hiphop along with adding some sequences from other popular street dance styles such as popping, locking and breakdancing.

Come and experience the wonderful world of ballet at Menlo Dance Academy!
Ballet includes many benefits for students including the improvement of posture and poise as well as coordination and fitness. Ballet is a wonderful way to instill a love in the art of dance as well as improving musicality. Ballet can also improve students’ confidence and teamwork through performing on a stage and participating in exams.

Our ballet teachers are registered with the Royal Academy of Dance and are dedicated to make sure that each student unlocks their full potential to reach their goals.
