🔊IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Tennis courts 2, 3, 4 and 5 are being resurfaced started last Monday 15 June until at least Friday 19 June. These courts may not be used for 10 days when work commences. We will confirm when you can use them again (likely Wed 24 June). We will replace the nets as soon as they are ready for play.

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ONTO THE COURTS WHILE THEY ARE BEING RESURFACED, EVEN IF THEY LOOK FINISHED!

There will be NO TENNIS SOCIAL on WED 17 JUNE and only 1 court for social on SAT 20 JUNE.

We look forward to having 4 new amazing tennis courts when the work is complete.

Don’t forget to enter in the grass court tennis jamboree! Also, we have a pickleball showdown on grass for the first time and open for everyone to try with collaboration with Waverley Tennis and Pickleball Club.

🎾 Format!
This is a timed team event featuring doubles and mixed doubles only. Teams will be grouped into categories based on their representing tennis club, primary school, or high school. Matches will run from 08:00 to 12:00, with each match lasting 30 minutes. The doubles pair with the highest score at the end of the match secures the win for their team.

Participants may enter individually, as a doubles pair, or as a complete team consisting of two men (boys) and two women (girls). The event organizer, Louis du Plooy, will assist in arranging partners for incomplete entries.
