Two weeks ago, I made the decision to refocus my journey & to follow my own accountability program ✨🫶🏼 (which I will be launching soon😉😉)
I've harnessed the power of my mindset (taking absolute control over what I eat and not letting my feelings dictate what I fuel my body with) and with what I’ve been going through with my moms passing, stressful work responsibilities, commuting from Pretoria to Johannesburg - I had to save myself AGAIN!
So I used my trusty USN supplements, embraced nutrient dense eating, diligently counted those calories & working my ass of in the gym (quite literally 🍑🍑)
🥗🏋️♀️ And you know what? The results are showing! 🎉
💦💦💦💦The initial drop is mostly water (people mos love to say that when you starting with being on a “diet”) but hey, I always think of it like this: you will in either event have to start, so start by celebrating every committed consistent kilo (even if it is just water 😝) I’ll popping champagne *only if it fits into my calories budget 😂
Remember, setbacks are just setups for a comeback! 🌟 Every drop of sweat, every healthy choice, it all adds up. Believe in yourself, because you have the strength within to overcome any challenge that comes your way. 💫
