On Saturday’s we learn.... I love my Saturday mornings. They consist of yoga class at 8, and then 2 hours of training students to become teachers. It is so rewarding and such a special honour to share the gift of yoga with others... 💜💜 these last few weekends I would also head to rehearsals for Rapunzel which premiers next week!!! It’s going to be a fabulous show. Buy your tickets. I have choreographed some of the pieces and the kids are looking amazing! 🤩✨💚
