Liesel Hockey Coaching Academy is hosting 3 🏑Hockey Training sesions furing the October school holidays.

✳️ First session will focus on Agility, Cardio & Strength.
✳️ Second session will focus on Core & Advance Techniques.
✳️ Third session will focus on Defending, Decision making during a game and Game Awareness.

▪️Fees for 2023:

🔹Group sessions on Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings @ R200 per player for 90 minutes.

🔹Skill Clinics 1 x per month @ R250 per player per clinic for 120 minutes.

🔹One-on-one sessies - personal attention on focusing on techniques also available @ R250 per player for 60 minutes.
