We are more than elated to announce that we are coming back to the training field this October, FREE of charge. 😀🏋🏽‍♀️

After the brief, but much needed break we took we are more than ready to welcome you all back to the only fitness community that makes sense.

Grab a friend, a bottle of water and a gym mat/towel if you have one and come join us on Wednesday for a fun-filled, calorie-burning fitness session.
