IF YOU LOVE FOOD, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, KEEP LOVING FOOD.

There’s no shame in loving to eat, and truthfully you will not succeed on the journey(Weight loss/gain) unless you eat enough food. Sure, you may need to swap out some—but those muscles and tissues you’ll be working so hard will need to be fed.
