The alarm goes off at 4 AM. It's still dark outside, we're half asleep, and let's be honest... these winter mornings are COLD! 🥶

But despite the chilly weather, we show up anyway. We drag ourselves out of bed and get ready to bring the heat to you all!

Usually, when winter arrives, we expect class numbers to get a little smaller. But not this incredible 5 AM crew! Week after week, you keep showing up, putting in the work, and proving that excuses don't burn calories. 😉

We absolutely LOVE seeing your dedication and commitment. Your energy makes those early mornings worth it, and we're so proud of every single one of you.

Every morning we upload a class. This class gets saved onto the TS Website so that you can do it whenever you have time.

We also use 1kg weights🏋️, leg resistance bands and arm resistance bands in our classes for a little bit more toning.

When you watch this video, don't focus the instructor. Instead, take a look at the amazing people jumping in the class. ❤️

You'll see young and fit members, people building their fitness, middle-aged members, and older members all exercising together in the same class.

What makes rebounding so special is that everyone works at their own pace on their own trampoline. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else. One person might be jumping higher and faster, while another takes it slower and focuses on movement and consistency. Both are getting exactly the workout their body needs.

Fitness isn't about being the fastest, fittest, or youngest person in the room. It's about challenging yourself at a level that is right for YOU. The effort that feels easy for one person might be a huge achievement for another—and both deserve to be celebrated.

No matter your age, fitness level, or where you're starting from, there is a place for you in our class. We move together, encourage one another, and become stronger one jump at a time. 💃

The only person you need to compete with is the person you were yesterday.

🤰Jumping while pregnant🤰

This week we celebrated one of our amazing Trampoline Squad instructors teaching her final classes before welcoming her little one into the world. At 31 weeks pregnant, she officially hung up her instructor mic (for now 😉), and we couldn't be more proud of her!

One question we get asked often is whether rebounding is safe during pregnancy.
The answer is that every pregnancy is different, which is why it's always important to first consult with your doctor or gynaecologist before continuing any exercise routine. If your doctor is happy with it, rebounding can often be continued during pregnancy by those who were already rebounding regularly before they became pregnant.
Pregnancy is generally not the time to start a brand-new exercise like rebounding if you've never done it before. However, if you've been jumping for a while and your healthcare provider gives you the go-ahead, many women are able to continue safely with the necessary modifications as their pregnancy progresses.

Today we celebrate this incredible mom-to-be who continues to show up with dedication, strength, and a smile. We know she is going to be just as amazing a mommy as she is an instructor. ❤️

It's truly incredible what the female body can do. Growing a tiny human while still moving, exercising, teaching classes, and showing up every day is nothing short of amazing.

‼️WHAT TO EAT AND NOT TO EAT BEFORE CLASS‼️

What you eat before class can make a huge difference to your energy levels and performance!
✅ 3–4 hours before class:
Have a balanced meal containing carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats. This gives your body enough time to digest the food and provides sustained energy for your workout.

✅ About 30–40 minutes before class:
If you're feeling hungry, have a light snack such as:
🍌 A banana
🥜 A rice cake with peanut butter
🍎 A piece of fruit

These snacks provide quick, easy-to-use energy without making you feel heavy during class.
❌ Avoid greasy, heavy, or very rich foods before class.

These can sit in your stomach longer, leaving you feeling sluggish, uncomfortable, or even nauseous while jumping.

Remember: Your body performs best when it's properly fueled. Give it the energy it needs, and you'll feel the difference in every jump!

Can we just clear something up about rebounding? 👀

There’s been a lot of talk lately about the “right” and “wrong” way to jump — and honestly, it’s not as easy as it looks 😅

Yes, some people joke and say you “look like a grasshopper” while jumping… but what most don’t realize is how much control and technique actually goes into proper rebounding.

Keeping your posture correct, engaging your core, protecting your joints, controlling your bounce, breathing properly, and maintaining form while your whole body is moving… it takes practice 💪

Good rebounding isn’t just about jumping around randomly. There IS correct form, and it matters — not only for results, but also to prevent injury and get the most out of your workout.

So if you’re still learning, don’t stress. Every strong rebounder started somewhere ❤️

Focus on progress, posture, control, and consistency… the rest will come 😉🔥
