𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 and get to know our coaches at Elite Sport Science Conditioning

Coach holds an Honours Degree in Biokinetics from NWU Pukke and is the current high-performance coordinator at NTT Sports D-Rocks Rugby Team in Japan. Rupert is the former head S&C at Lions Super Rugby Team and has more than 12 years of experience in professional rugby and athlete coaching.

Coach holds an Honours Degree in Biokinetics (cum laude) from NWU Pukke and is currently professionally practising at Armandt Olivier Biokinetics. Japke is the Head S&C of Hoërskool Garsfontein Netball. Japke has also been associated with provincial and university Men's & Ladies' hockey (NW, NWU & Potchefstroom Gimnasium)

Coach holds an Honours Degree in Biokinetics from NWU Pukke and is the owner of Armandt Olivier Biokinetics. Armandt is also the head S&C of Hoërskool Garsfontein Rugby and former Lions Biokineticist. Coach Armandt was also awarded last man standing at Crossfit Event 2021 & 2022
