OUR BODIES MOVE IN CONTINUOUS SPIRAL PATTERNS WHICH INVOLVE THE WHOLE BODY, FROM THE FINGERS TO THE TOES.
When we walk, our left arm teams up with our right leg, causing a spiral pattern that continues from the left hand, through the body and all the way down to the toes of the right foot, while the opposite spiral pattern occurs in the opposite arm and leg.
The brain orchestrates numerous complex spiral patterns within this original spiral, allowing us to run, turn our head and kick a ball, and all in one movement!
But when even a single component within these patterns becomes stuck we begin to move in compensatory patterns. This causes stress and overloading of specific areas, triggering irritation, inflammation and ultimately results in pathology and chronic pain.
