The Algoa Kart & Motorcycle Club (AKMC) invites you, your family and friends to join us for our next OPEN DAY / Arrive & Drive, following Round 6 AKMC 2026 Club Championship on Saturday, 29 August 2026.

🏆 08h00 – 13h00 | ROUND 6 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP RACING

Come down early and watch our AKMC competitors battle it out around the Celso Scribante Short Circuit. See the karts in action, meet the drivers and experience the atmosphere of club-level motorsport.

🏎️ 14h00 – 17h00 | ARRIVE & DRIVE OPEN DAY

Then it’s YOUR TURN TO DRIVE!

The circuit opens to the public, giving you the opportunity to climb into a kart and experience the speed, adrenaline and excitement of kart racing for yourself, all under the supervision of experienced AKMC members.

Never driven a racing kart before? That’s exactly what the day is for!

Whether you’re considering getting involved in motorsport, looking for an exciting new hobby, or simply want to experience karting firsthand, this is your opportunity to come and see what AKMC is all about.

Bring your friends. Bring the family. And if you’ve always wondered whether kart racing could be for you — come give it a go!
