Circuit Training Alliance CTA is a private gym, offering personal training and diet modifications to achieve your personal fit What is Circuit Training?

In short it is a workout which incorporates a series of exercises which are done back to back without rest. The workout is usually designed to train your entire body in a short space of time. These type of workouts are not easy to do in a big gym environment as you will you need 5-6 different areas which will probably annoy other members. Hence it does workout a lot better in a private environment
