I teach Pilates, body weight resistance, Taebo and ballet-based (Barre/Callanetics) styles - sometimes all combined into one class, sometimes each discipline taught per class... no class is ever the same.
We use a variety of fun equipment like The big stability balls, flex bands, light weights, small balls, etc - you won't believe that such simple pieces of equipment can make you work so hard because at the end of the day YOUR BODY is a machine!!
I like to challenge each client to improve every area of their training, from cardio to strength, balance to posture and everything inbetween.
