Aquacise is suitable for ALL levels of fitness and age and is especially beneficial to pregnant women, arthritis sufferers and those who have had knee, back and hip problems. HAPPY AQUACISING! - France Harington (SAWFA -South African Water Association) Member and Qualified Instructor since 1994. My personal goal is to see men and women increase their fitness levels and better their WHOLE BODY health'! I also absolutely love seeing clients with fears of water take on this form of exercise and conquering their fears! I am proof of that after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my '20 somethings"! I lived with severe pain but not being able to move and play with my children was not an option, Aquacising daily built me up to the point where now I conquer ANY challenge my body encounters..(well at least I try!! :-). It has definitely helped me reach my goals of Black belts in Karate and keeps me going in the pursuit of a full funfilled fit life!

While I have been away in Okinawa pursuing my other passion on a karate training trip, my fabulous ladies kept up with their classes on their own having a ball..with some of these fab ladies having been here many many years I knew they were in good hands!!
But the cat is back lol...any playtime over🤣🤣

Severe weather warnings and torrential rains led to no ladies able to come to class last night...BUT this gave me an opportunity to enjoy the pool for a solo workout!! Could not waste the 29degree steamy pool!💪🏻💦

Fab class this morning..best way for these ladies to start their day!! We welcomed a visitor for the morning who enjoyed this and happily noted it as not the 'typical' aqua class most people expect it to be...nope here it truly is a FITNESS class... we pump it, we challenge ourselves, we sweat! 😜😁
