Alpha Tarps opened its doors for business in January 2009 after the closing of Tarpaulin and Canvas in Port Elizabeth. The owner of Tarpaulin and Canvas from the year 2000 to 2005 ( Peter Mote ) took over the reins again and established a leading tarpaulin company. With a dynamic team consisting of employees with over 20 years experience in the tarpaulin industry, we strive to provide an unmatched

level of quality, service and turn-around time. One of our key offerings is to provide our logistic customers with a 24 hour on-site repair service. Our factory consists of dedicated, hard-working staff who take pride in seeing your design take shape and evolve from a piece of fabric into your product, with their highly skilled and experienced minds and hands making it all possible. With 3x large quality high frequency welding machines, 4x walking-foot industrial sewing machines, 1x automated box stitching machine and 3x portable welding heat guns, together with the wealth of expertise practised in every job by our team, you can be sure to receive the quality of workmanship one expects from the Best!
