Every session with us has a plan and a purpose.
Here’s a simple yet highly effective warmup/fielding drill that we make use of to get our athletes warmed up for their session

Quick feet through the ladder
-gets the arms moving and activates the legs
Squat jump over hurdles
-activating the glutes, explosive dynamic movements
Pick up and throw
-being able to concentrate at the task at hand after going through the obstacles and simulating a runout opportunity. Created scenarios of being under pressure as one would be in a game

When the pressure is on in a game, it’s a different kind of pressure. How you perform in a game depends on your preparation.
We put our players under pressure with various drills.

Here, a simple warmup where glutes and quads are being activated by squat jumps both forward and sideways .
Calves are being activated by having quick feet through the ladder and ending off with some catching.
To add pressure, a Katchet is used for deflections and a flexi fielding stump as a distraction and also mimics a deflection off the bat as if you’re at first slip.

Performance is a lock, correct preparation is the key and we are the locksmiths🔐

A broad overview of how our sessions are structured:

1- Coaches are punctual and ready to coach

2- A general warm-up is done by the cricketer

3- Short discussion between player and coach to establish areas of concern and achievements from games/practices

4- Net session will be a continuation from the previous sessions development's

5- After every session time is taken to write down the sessions aims/objectives/points to work on in an academy issued cricket journal
