Sharpening up for Nationals! ⚡🏃‍♀️

There is something special about watching a young athlete grow through hard work, discipline, and belief.

I’m incredibly proud of this young sprinter as she prepares to compete in the U13 Girls 100m at the SASA National Primary Schools Championships in Cape Town.

Moments like these remind me why I love coaching. Now it’s time to enjoy the experience and run with heart.
