DMC DanceMouse Company - Port Elizabeth We are a passionate, diverse team of dance and movement teachers inspiring young people to grow in confidence, creativity and resilience.

Through dynamic programmes, we nurture strong technique, self-expression and a love for movement. Dance Mouse(TM) is a comprehensive, dance related syllabus currently being introduced in most Pre-primary and Primary Schools in South Africa. The syllabus teaches children the following techniques: Ballet Basics, Modern Basics, Latin American Basics, Gymnastics Basics, Hip Hop/Break Dancing, Freestyl

e, Propriception Training, Silk Fabric Training, Body Conditioning and Pilates Techniques. The aim envelopes the technical training of a child's body in order to strenghen, stretch and mobilize the body through exercise and dance. The rewards to the child being co-ordination and dance balanced skills. Once streghth is accomplished with a minimum of injury to the body, any form of dance or activity is easy to attain. Dance Mouse(TM) syllabus benefits do not exclude but enhance children who participate in any other sport! The Dance Mouse(TM) syllabus is for children from Grade 000 to Grade 7. This enables dancers to choose at a later stage what form of dance they would like to pursue as it provides grounding in most dance forms. Dance Mouse(TM) has been well recieved by both the public and teachers who have recognised its potential as a wonderful business opportunity and benefit for our children.

We are thrilled to introduce DanceMouse Ballet! 🌸

Our brand new ballet programme is designed especially for young dancers who would love to discover the magic of classical ballet in a fun, nurturing and age-appropriate environment.

Through DanceMouse Ballet, your little one will develop:
🩰 Strong ballet foundations
✨ Grace, posture and coordination
💖 Confidence and discipline
🎶 Musicality and creativity

Best of all, DanceMouse Ballet is an optional add-on to our regular DanceMouse classes. Your child can continue enjoying their weekly DanceMouse lessons while taking ballet to grow their skills even further.

We can’t wait to welcome our very first ballerinas and watch them twirl, leap and shine! 🌷

What an incredible afternoon at our Mid-Year Showcase! 💜✨

Our dancers lit up the stage with confidence, courage and so much joy. Every smile, every step and every performance was a reminder that progress is worth celebrating, no matter how big or small.

We are unbelievably proud of each and every dancer for the hard work, dedication and growth they’ve shown this year. Watching them shine on stage was a special moment for all of us. 🌟

A huge thank you to our DanceMouse families for your endless support, encouragement and applause. None of this would be possible without you.
