Sunshine Coast Figure Skating Club is devastated by the news of Baywest Ice Rink's closing. We understand the necessity of the decision but that doesn't make it any easier for our dedicated and hard working skaters who will now not be able to reach their dreams.
We would like to thank SAFSA, Safsa-Kzn, Bay West Ice Rink, Tri-Ice and the Nelson Mandela Bay Sports Confederation for their continued support. We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Max Zwane and the Baywest Ice Rink staff for being an extended part of our skating family, to all our current and past skaters and parents for making SCFSC the family it is, to the SCFSC Committee for being such a strong backbone of the club and to everyone else who has contributed to the success of our club.
