As a fitness instructor, movement has always been my passion. From running to strength training, I’ve built my career around helping others move better and feel stronger, but rebounding brought something entirely new to the table. 🔥🔥It challenged my body in ways I didn’t expect: improving my balance, core strength and endurance while being gentle on my joints.
