Good morning good people, here are some weight/fat lose tips:
Eat fibre like greens, veggies and fruit
Try to avoid trans fats, like fast foods, margarine, overly processed foods, soy been oil
Eat more protein like eggs, lean meat, tuna
Try intermittent fasting
Drink more water
Count your calories which I can help you with

H:reverse plank w/ toe taps

J: triceps dip
K: hip thrusts/ glute bridge
L: bear crawls
M: mountain climbs
N: donkey kick backs
O:box jumps
P: plank
Q: jumping jacks
R: crunches
S: step ups
T: skipping rope
U: lunges
V: v-ups
W:push ups
X: sit ups
Y: lying leg raises

Here's a few reasons to drink more water:
1. water keeps your brain firing. water helps the brain function and help produce hormones as testosterone
2. Water empowers your muscles and a decrease in hydration can lead to strength loss
3. Water thins the blood so it's easier for the liver to filter out harmful substances.
4. Water saves your skin, dehydration causes the skin to wrinkle and develop cracks in cell walls, causing infections
5. Water mobilises the small intestine which delivers molecules to the body
