Our little netball family has grown 🏐💗

Over the past two weeks, our three teams played their first matches of the season. The U7–U9 girls took on Phakamisani Primary, while our U10–U11 and U11–U12 teams faced Knysna Loeries.

It’s been incredible to finally see the girls in action and showing off what they’ve been working on. We are so proud of the growth, confidence, and teamwork displayed by every player.

Here’s to a season of learning, growth, and great netball! 💪✨

🏐 Holiday Netball Clinic – Day 3 Recap! 🩷🤍

Focus of the day: Defence – The 3 D’s: Deny, Delay, and Dictate! 💪

Today our players locked in on defensive excellence with drills and match play designed to sharpen awareness, timing, and control.

Here’s what we covered:
✅ Deny – By keeping 3 feet and hands up, defenders applied pressure to deny easy passes and limit attacking options 🔒
✅ Delay – Slowing down the attack and forcing errors ⏱️
✅ Dictate – Taking control of the play and leading the attacker where you want them to go 🎯

Another fantastic day of learning, laughter, and growth on court! 🌟
