Meet Lawrence, better known around Goose Valley as Piet Boer.

For 16 years, Lawrence has been as constant at Goose Valley as the greens themselves. Whether he’s holding down the line on a busy morning or putting in a solid card in the Wednesday member comp, Lawrence runs the show with a mix of iron discipline and undeniable heart.

He’s the guy who knows everyone by name, treats every guest like a regular, and keeps our community feeling like home (even when he’s keeping you honest about fixing your pitch marks and filling your divots).

A true character with high standards and an even bigger heart, Goose Valley simply wouldn't be the same without him.

It was a busy day on the course as we welcomed Plettenberg Bay Country Club, Simola Country Club, and Pezula Golf Club for SCGU Handicaps League.
