I prided myself on being dependable, hardworking, and always available. But behind the accolades, I was exhausted, stretched thin, and disconnected from my own purpose. I thought success meant saying yes to everything, until life forced me to pause and re-evaluate what truly mattered. Losing my husband in 2014 was a turning point, but it wasn’t until I turned 60 that I finally drew a line in the sand. I realised I didn’t want to live on autopilot anymore. I wanted to live with intention, peace, and purpose — and help others do the same. Today, I help middle managers break free from burnout and people-pleasing so they can lead with empathy, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover their God-given purpose.
