😎WINNERS!

On Sunday, Fran and Warwick took on the Amashova, one of South Africa's most iconic cycling races, and both came away as winners of their age groups. 🏆🏆

What makes me proud isn't just the result, it's everything that happened long before race day. The early mornings in the dark at 5am, the consistency, the commitment to getting a little stronger every single week.

Warwick sent me a message afterwards that simply said, "Higher Life is really making us strong!" And that's exactly what we hope for. The work done inside the gym is meant to make you stronger for life, whatever challenge you choose to take on.

😎What an absolutely epic two days on the competition floor! 💥

We had four teams battling it out across three different divisions, and I'm so proud to say that both of our Scaled teams stood on the podium, taking 1st and 2nd place! 🥇🥈
To every single athlete... you gave it everything. Your grit, determination, teamwork, and heart were incredible to watch. And to our gym family who showed up to support us, you are the reason this community is so special. Thank you for sitting through long days, shouting until you lost your voices, passing water, buying food, doing hair and makeup, capturing every moment, and simply being there. Our media team was amazing, and every single person played a part.
You guys rock to infinity and back. ❤️ My cup is absolutely overflowing with love, gratitude, and blessings. I couldn't be prouder of what we've built together. This weekend wasn't just about results, it was about family, community, and showing what Higher Life is all about.

School holidays are here... which means it's time to get the kids moving! 🤸‍♀️💙

Instead of more screen time, let them run, jump, climb, laugh, and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

Our Higher Life Kids class is on Thursdays from 3:30–4:15pm, and during the holidays we'd love to see some extra little faces join us.
