💙EVERY WOMAN DESERVES TO RUN SAFE🦋

Aqua Bodyworks stands with the Kempton Park running community, and with every woman who should be able to lace up her shoes and go for a run without fear.

Running gives us freedom. Our roads, neighbourhoods and communities should be places where women can move freely and safely, whether they are running alone, walking home or simply going about their lives.

To our running community, look out for one another. Run together. Check in. Speak up when something doesn’t feel right. And never stop demanding safer communities for everyone.

Congratulations to our very own Linda Zondi (groundsman) who placed 3rd overall and Sarah Gray (fitness trainer) who placed 1st in the ladies race and was queen of the mountain. Even though they make it look so easy, we very proud of their grit and determination🖤

Because the learning never stops for us…
We attended a very interesting and engaging Umgungundlovu District Aquatics Mini Conference, hosted at the spectacular new aquatics facility, AquaPark.
Theo Verster (Paralympic Games head coach) together with Kat Swanepoel (2 time Paralympian and full time occupational therapist) shared their valuable knowledge and inspiring insight into The Paralympic Journey.
Followed by an educational talk from SAIDS anti doping in sports.
Ending off with an informative talk on Pool maintenance and hygiene.
