Taking my new client Tamir Sivenarain through some negative reps on chest.
We first started off with some compound sets on bench press followed by some accessory work with dumbbells, and finished off with a couple of negative reps on chest!
I use this exercise as a finishing exercise to help hit those slow twitch muscle fibers, which will aid in better muscle hypertrophy.
