How To Figure Out What Foods Aren’t For You!
do you ever have stomach pains or just a bubbly stomach by the end of the day & wondered why?
usually it’s from something you ate! 🍕🥤🥜🍭🍿🍦🍇
so here’s how to conduct a quick experiment on yourself to figure out what foods may be hurting your stomach!
1. after you wake up, your stomach should be empty - this is key! we don’t want any other variables ❌
2. eat that particular food or drink that are you wanting to test out - try & keep it has simple has possible!
3. wait 30-60 minutes before having anything else - some water is okay, not too much
4. most people will feel something significant if that food isn’t working for your gut!
5. repeat for 3-5 days if you’re not completely sure - by day 5 you should be able to tell 🙏🏼
- now keep it mind, you gut lining changes, so does your irritants! -
so I like to try this every 6 months, for food or water or other drinks!
for example, Colorado Tap Water (which is suppose to be great) hurts my stomach & it took me a while to figure it out until I isolated it & figured it out!
ALSO, grapes were a new one that before never hurt my stomach before but since I’m having more coffee (which is making my stomach more acidic) grapes & chickpeas tend to make my stomach bloated & bubbly!
