Wuben C3 to 1200 lm, 179 m throw, 5-year warranty
The Wuben C3 gives you 1200 lumens and a 179 m throw in a pocketable, rechargeable package, with a 5-year warranty to back it.
It uses an OSRAM P9 LED for a useful balance of flood and throw. Comes with a 2600mAh 18650 and charges over USB-C in about 3 hours with a 5V/2A charger. There are seven modes including Turbo and an Eco mode that runs up to 143 hours for long trips.
Built from aircraft-grade aluminium with a hard-anodised finish, tempered glass lens and IP68 waterproofing to 2 m. It weighs about 123 g with the battery and measures roughly 121.5 mm, so it is genuinely pocketable. Practical extras include a battery-level indicator and mode memory on the tail switch.
Couple of real notes: Turbo gets hot and steps down after a minute, so handle with care. The pocket clip is one-way and a bit stiff, and the tailcap is non-magnetic. Rinse with fresh water after submersion and remove the insulating film before first use.
