Founding Masters of the 4 head karate styles. Chojun Miyagi first called our karate style Goju-Ryu (Hard & Soft style) and formulated it into a curriculum that could be taught to the public.

Annetjie, Hanshi James se vrou, is van Woe aand by die huis. Is gediagnoseer met epilepsie. En haar hart verloor ook ritme as sy aanval kry. Sy is op medikasie, is baie moeg. Sy sien volgende week neuroloog in Alberton.
