Good day.

As from Tuesday 16th May 2023, I resigned as Chairman from Northerns Rugby Football Club.

Due to a trangression against point 14.4 in the Clubs Constitution I will not stand for mutiny against the Club's integrity. No individual or group can hold the club ransom to pursue his/their personal agenda(s).

Wishing those who are not puppets and led by their puppet master everything of the best in their rugby endeavours.

To the puppets / Pinocchios .....your backstabbing and lies will catch up with you. Wake up cause your puppets master will pack up and leave soon as things do not go his way.

Wishing Avonwood community everything of the best. It was my honour and privilege to have been part of a community who produced so many great rugby warriors and pleasant memories.

NoBs and Northerns RFC want to thank Tygerberg Old Boys and Tygerberg RFC management for hosting such a great rugby day. Weather was great for rugby, but the heat on the field was as hot as fire like it was 20 plus years ago.

Rugby was the true winner on the day. Unbreakable friendships for the next 20 plus years.

The crowd was great. The vibe was perfect. The faithful was ever present shouting for their respective teams.

The guys working behind the scenes like Nicky for prepping the food and drinks, Berg taking pics to capture this historic day for years to talk about, Eddie or team manager, thank you for your support and everyone who contributed to make our time at Florida Park a blessed and memorable day. Thank you.

We looking forward to the next memorable moments on and of the field.
