From a young age, movement was my anchor. Growing up in an unstable household, it became my form of stability—my routine, my focus, my grounding force. Through dance, stretching, running, or simply moving my body, I found clarity and strength. At 16, I began to explore nutrition after years of battling persistent stomach aches. I was curious about how certain foods affected

my body, and through studying nutrition, I discovered the power of food as fuel. By eliminating what no longer served me and embracing nutrient-rich choices, I began to feel lighter, more energized, and pain-free. That transformation sparked something deeper: a healthier, more focused mind and a stronger connection to my body. Wellness became more than a goal—it became a way of life. It’s the integration of mental clarity, physical vitality, and nourishing choices that truly support us.
